Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Talk2Market, we strive to deliver high-quality digital services tailored to your business needs. Since our services involve custom strategies and creative execution, our refund and cancellation policies are designed to be fair and transparent.

1. Cancellation Policy

1.1 Cancellation by the Client

  • Clients may request a cancellation of their service before work has commenced for a full refund (excluding transaction fees, if applicable).

  • If the project has already started but is still in the early stages, a partial refund may be granted, based on the work completed.

  • Once a project has reached 50% or more completion, cancellation is no longer eligible for a refund.

1.2 Cancellation by Talk2Market

  • We reserve the right to cancel any service due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to:

    • The client’s violation of our terms and conditions.

    • Non-payment or chargeback disputes.

    • Requests that involve illegal, unethical, or prohibited content.

  • In such cases, clients will be notified immediately, and if applicable, a partial refund may be issued.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Non-Refundable Services

Due to the nature of digital marketing and web development services, certain services are non-refundable, including:

  • Social Media Marketing & Ads (as costs are allocated to campaigns upon initiation).

  • SEO & Link-Building Services (as research, content creation, and execution begin immediately).

  • Website Development & Design (once design drafts and coding have started).

2.2 Eligible Refund Scenarios

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

  • If Talk2Market fails to deliver the agreed service within the promised timeframe due to internal reasons.

  • If technical issues on our end prevent the completion of the project, and an alternative solution cannot be provided.

  • If the client cancels the service before work has begun, a full refund will be issued (excluding any processing fees).

2.3 Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted if:

  • The service has started, but the client is dissatisfied with the initial phase, and an agreement is reached to discontinue.

  • Work has been completed partially, and the remaining deliverables have not been executed yet.

3. Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days via the original payment method.

  • Any transaction or processing fees charged by payment gateways (e.g., PayPal, Stripe, Bank Transfer) may be deducted from the refund amount.

  • Clients will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been successfully processed.

4. Dispute Resolution

  • If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us at info@talk2market.com within 7 days of project initiation or completion.

  • We will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days with a resolution.

  • If a resolution is not reached, we may offer alternative solutions, such as service modifications or credit towards future services.
